Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage the day-to-day advertising operations for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
🔹 Google Ads
🔹 Meta Ads
🔹 Lead Generation
🔹 GA4 & GTM
🔹 Conversion Tracking
🔹 SEO
You should be someone who doesn't need to be told what to optimise every day.
If you see a campaign underperforming, you should be able to analyse it, identify the problem, and take action.

- GA4 setup

SEO

You should be comfortable using AI for:

- Campaign analysis

- Marketing ideas
You don't need to know a specific AI tool — we care about your ability to use AI to work smarter and faster.
You will work with:
👨💻 Web Developers
🎨 Graphic Designers
🎬 Video Editors
You'll be responsible for identifying what you need from the team to improve campaigns and executing the marketing operation.
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Has hands-on Google Ads experience
✅ Has hands-on Meta Ads experience
✅ Can independently set up GA4 & GTM
✅ Understands conversion tracking
✅ Understands lead generation
✅ Can analyse campaign data
✅ Understands lead quality, not just lead quantity
✅ Has basic/intermediate SEO knowledge
✅ Is comfortable working with multiple clients
✅ Can work independently
✅ Is willing to learn and use AI
✅ Takes ownership of their work

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can take ownership of client advertising operations.

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
