Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Kottakkal. The Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Day-to-day activities include managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing creatives and targeting for maximum ROI. The role involves close collaboration with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure consistent messaging. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular performance reports, provide insights, and recommend improvements to support continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing and digital advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and tracking.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Relevant degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Comfort working on-site in Kottakkal and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in technology, training, or automation-related industries is an advantage.
