We’re Hiring | Performance Marketer
Techolas Technologies is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team
Requirements:
✅ Experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
✅ Strong understanding of campaign optimization and lead generation
✅ Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking & campaign metrics
✅ Ability to analyze data and improve ROAS, CPL & overall campaign performance
✅ Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan, launch and manage paid marketing campaigns
🔹 Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets
🔹 Generate and improve qualified leads
🔹 Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
🔹 Conduct A/B testing and implement growth strategies
🔹 Work closely with the creative and sales teams
