India Tribe is a production house working on shoots, content production, branded films, campaigns, and creative projects for brands and businesses.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can help India Tribe generate a consistent pipeline of relevant brands, businesses, and clients through paid marketing.
You should have strong experience in performance marketing for service-based businesses, preferably in production, creative, media, advertising, or similar industries.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality business leads and client enquiries for our production services.
- Target relevant brands, agencies, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
- Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and offers to improve performance.
- Track leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative and business development teams.
- Continuously optimize campaigns and scale what works.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience working with service-based businesses.
- Experience in production, creative agencies, media, advertising, or similar businesses is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality leads and revenue, not just impressions or clicks.
- Someone who can independently own performance marketing and drive results.
