About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing multiple client advertising campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing 20–30 client accounts/campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Handle and manage advertising campaigns for 20–30 clients
- Generate quality leads, sales, conversions, and business results
- Plan effective advertising strategies based on client requirements
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Analyze campaign data and improve ROI/ROAS
- Prepare and share campaign performance reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams when required
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads features and strategies
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads
- Knowledge of Lead Generation, Conversion Campaigns, and Performance Marketing
- Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, pixels, tracking, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Confident, responsible, and result-driven personality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
