Senior UX Designer
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives in complexity, comfortably balances multiple initiatives, and adapts quickly in fast‑changing environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving meaningful problems, collaborating across diverse teams, and turning ambiguous ideas into tangible, high‑impact solutions.
You’ll play a key role in shaping both employee tools and customer‑facing experiences, helping teams move from insight to action through thoughtful, human‑centered design.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design for Both Worlds
Create intuitive tools for employees and engaging digital experiences for customers, ensuring consistency and quality across touchpoints. - Collaborate Widely
Partner with cross‑functional teams across the organization—from shop floors and operations to product, technology, and leadership teams. - Clarify the Complex
Use visual thinking, journey maps, service blueprints, and frameworks to align stakeholders and move work forward. - Prototype & Test
Rapidly translate ideas into concepts, prototypes, and designs, iterating based on user feedback and real‑world insights. - Influence Direction
Contribute to product roadmaps, service strategies, and internal tools by bringing a strong design perspective to planning and decision‑making. - Tell the Story
Craft clear, compelling presentations that articulate your design thinking, rationale, and outcomes to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Facilitate Workshops
Plan and lead Design Thinking sessions that align teams, uncover insights, and spark new ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- You’re a strong listener who can connect insights across users, systems, and business needs.
- You bring 6+ years of experience in product design, design research, service design, or systems thinking.
- You’re comfortable starting with ambiguity and shaping clarity as you go.
- You can zoom out to see the end‑to‑end experience and zoom in to refine the details.
- You’re equally comfortable talking with customers or frontline staff as you are designing in tools like Figma.
- You’re a clear, confident communicator who can bring diverse teams together around a shared vision.
- You bring deep experience in applying AI tools to craft thoughtful, human‑centered experiences, using technology to enhance—not replace—good design.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the automotive industry or other complex, service‑driven environments.
- Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows and operational efficiency.
