Role Description The Graphic Design Intern role at Better Works HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the intern will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and internal communication pieces. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with logo and brand identity development, preparing layouts, refining design concepts, and performing image editing and optimization. The intern will collaborate with HR and marketing teams to understand project requirements, adapt designs to feedback, and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables. This position offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and the opportunity to build a professional portfolio in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, visually appealing layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing to enhance, retouch, and prepare images for various digital and print platforms.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines are important.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to receive and incorporate feedback are expected.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certified course in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
