📍 Gurgaon / Delhi NCR | 💼 6–15 Years | 💰 Up to ₹38 LPA (10% Variable) | 🎓 Full-Time MBA Mandatory
We’re looking for a hands-on People Analytics Leader to drive data-led workforce strategy.
🔍 Key Requirements:
📊 Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard building, DAX & visualization.
💻 Excellent SQL & Python skills with experience in ETL and data pipelines.
🤖 Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, ML & LLMs for HR analytics use cases.
🔄 Strong understanding of data inflow, outflow, transformation & integration.
🧠 Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and leadership-level storytelling.
🎯 Experience building predictive analytics around attrition, hiring and skill gaps.
🚀 Candidates should have worked in high-ownership/built-up environments, rather than primarily backend GCC/support roles.
