๐ Gurgaon / Delhi NCR | ๐ผ 6โ15 Years | ๐ฐ Up to โน38 LPA (10% Variable) | ๐ Full-Time MBA Mandatory
Weโre looking for a hands-on People Analytics Leader to drive data-led workforce strategy.
๐ Key Requirements:
๐ Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard building, DAX & visualization.
๐ป Excellent SQL & Python skills with experience in ETL and data pipelines.
๐ค Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, ML & LLMs for HR analytics use cases.
๐ Strong understanding of data inflow, outflow, transformation & integration.
๐ง Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and leadership-level storytelling.
๐ฏ Experience building predictive analytics around attrition, hiring and skill gaps.
๐ Candidates should have worked in high-ownership/built-up environments, rather than primarily backend GCC/support roles.
