What you will be doing?
- Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines, track hiring metrics, and drive recruitment process improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Drive internal communication and employer branding efforts.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven workplace
- HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders on people initiatives and workforce planning.
- Advise managers on employee relations, engagement, and HR best practices.
- Support organisational change and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Learning & Development
- Identify learning needs and implement organisation-wide L&D initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership development, capability-building, and employee training programmes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop HR dashboards and reports on key people metrics.
- Analyse workforce data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS, employee records, documentation, contracts, and policy administration.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and support internal and HR audits.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Good to Have
- Exposure to payroll processes.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Experience with performance management processes.
- Familiarity with HRMS and HR analytics tools.
- Experience in startups, incubators, or fast-paced organisations.
Requirements
What you will need to bring to the table
You will ideally have:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MSW-HR from Tier-1 college
- 4–7 years of experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, learning & development, and business partnering.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably startups, incubators, or innovation ecosystems.
- Good understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance; exposure to payroll, performance management, and HRMS is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
