• Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform, Case Management & BPM
• Expertise in Pega architecture, solution design & integrations
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance Pega solutions
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
