Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site PCB Design Engineer role based in Noida. The PCB Design Engineer will design and develop circuit boards for customized electronic devices used in monitoring and control applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating schematics, performing PCB layout, collaborating with hardware and firmware teams, and ensuring signal integrity for analog and RF circuits. The role also involves reviewing designs for manufacturability, working with fabrication and assembly partners, and supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes. The engineer will contribute to documentation, BOM preparation, and continuous improvement of design standards and workflows.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 4 years hands-on experience on Circuit, Schematic and PCB Design.
- Mixed Signal design topology and standards for low to high complexity pcb boards.
- Circuit Design and Electrical Engineering skills for developing reliable and efficient electronic schematics.
- Experience with Analog circuit design, including signal conditioning, filtering, and power management.
- Board Layout skills, including multilayer PCB design, routing, and design for manufacturability.
- Radio Frequency (RF) design and layout skills, with understanding of impedance control and EMC/EMI considerations.
- Should have proficiency on IPC design standards and rules.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer and OrCad Designer) and version control practices.
- Ability to interpret datasheets, create and manage component libraries, and prepare engineering documentation.
- Experience with hardware testing, debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and basic lab practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team on-site in Noida.
