What will help you succeed in this role?
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring minimum
2 years of experience in a specialist payroll role, preferably within a professional services or multi-jurisdictional environment. Strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately with confidential information will be important.
You should be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with payroll software and systems, preferably ADP, would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided. A strong understanding of statutory regulations will also support success in this role.
