We are looking for a highly passionate and experienced Paid Ads Expert to join our company, ---------- , in a full-time, long-term position.
You should have proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or both and be confident handling campaigns from research and planning to testing, optimization, and scaling.
Your Responsibilities
Research audiences, competitors, keywords, and advertising opportunities
Create and manage Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads campaigns
Continuously test different ads, targeting, landing pages, and strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
Identify problems and suggest practical solutions
Share clear reports and insights with the founder
Stay updated through regular self-learning and industry research
Who We Are Looking For
Proven experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
Passionate about paid advertising and performance marketing
Strong research and analytical skills
Comfortable testing new ideas and learning from data
Takes ownership and does not require constant supervision
Honest and transparent about results
Willing to work directly with the founder
