Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the food service, hospitality, corporate, and education sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and evaluating potential partners, negotiating and formalizing partnership agreements, and overseeing ongoing account management to ensure mutual value and satisfaction. The Partnerships Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership. The role also involves representing SafeServe at industry events, maintaining strong communication with partners, and contributing to partnership strategies that support growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to initiate, structure, and grow long-term collaborations.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and ensure partner success.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate opportunities, interpret data, and optimize partnership performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in food safety, hospitality, or related industries.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
