We are looking for experienced Voice AI builders who have already built production-ready voice agents and understand the complete lifecycle—from prompt engineering to platform configuration, testing, and deployment.
This is a freelance / part-time opportunity where you'll be paid per Voice AI agent/project rather than on a monthly salary.
What You'll Do
- Build end-to-end Voice AI agents for real customer use cases.
- Design conversation flows and prompts.
- Configure Voice AI platforms and integrations.
- Test agents thoroughly across different call scenarios.
- Fine-tune prompts, latency, and conversation quality.
- Deliver production-ready agents.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building Voice AI agents.
- Experience with one or more platforms such as:
- Vapi
- Bolna
- Retell AI
- Bland AI
- Synthflow
- or similar Voice AI platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Prompt engineering
- Conversation design
- Function calling / tool integrations
- STT, TTS, and LLM workflows
- End-to-end testing and QA
- Ability to independently build and deploy Voice AI solutions.
Engagement Model
- We bring the business and client requirements.
- You build the Voice AI agent.
- Compensation is per agent/project.
- You can quote your pricing based on the complexity and requirements of each project.
- Flexible working hours with completely remote collaboration.
