SN FUSIONS was founded in 2025 after 6 years of hands-on experience in Mumbai's NGO sector, supporting NGOs, corporate offices, and individuals with corporate gifting, office & school stationery, event support, occasion gifting, packing solutions, ethnic wear, and catering. We're a young, growing brand building our presence across platforms.
About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can shoot and capture pictures, edit, and post content for SN FUSIONS across Instagram and LinkedIn, someone comfortable both behind the camera and in editing apps, with a good instinct for what makes content stop the scroll.
What You'll Do
- Shoot photos and short-form video — product shots, behind-the-scenes, founder talking-head reels
- Edit content using CapCut and/or Canva and/or other apps into polished reels, carousels, and posts
- Suggest on-brand captions for posts, reels, and stories
- Generate/barinstrome fresh content ideas — reel concepts, trending formats, new post angles
- Help maintain a simple content calendar alongside the founder
- Travel to occasional on-site shoots as needed
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable shooting both photos and short-form video (phone camera is fine)
- Working knowledge of CapCut and Canva, or able to learn quickly
- A good eye for composition, lighting, and what performs well on social
- Can write simple, natural captions with a feel for tone
- Enjoys thinking of new content ideas, not just executing a brief
- Reliable, with a consistent part-time schedule
- Based in or able to travel occasionally within Mumbai
- Open to learning through mistakes and feedback.
Nice to Have
Experience with a small business or startup's social media
Basic understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn content trends
A portfolio or past reels/posts to share
Time Commitment
10 hours per week, flexible work
