Role Description
We seek a talented Social Media Executive to join Scarlet & Teal Studio full-time on-site in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage our social media presence and enhance our clients' digital footprint. You will work closely with our design team to create visually engaging content and ensure effective communication with audiences across various platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing content strategies for social media.
- Creating engaging visuals and videos, including reels, in collaboration with our design team.
- Writing compelling captions and researching SEO-based hashtags to maximise reach and engagement.
- Editing and producing short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Managing and optimising multiple client social media accounts.
- Analysing campaign performance and preparing actionable insights.
- Copywriting for posts, captions, and storytelling that resonates with audiences.
- Staying up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Media Planning capabilities to design and execute social media campaigns and content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Clear and effective Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging copy, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or similar) to track performance and optimise content.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborating with a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a digital agency, branding, or creative studio environment is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrated.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
