Mandatory - Once a month - travel to Baner office
Mode-(5 days working for 3 hours & Once in a week from Swargate office)
Role Description:
Nimbusnext is looking for a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting practices, strong attention to detail, and preferably experience handling accounts in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, bills, and expense statements.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related queries.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities when required.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and timely completion of financial tasks.
- Assist the management/auditor during audits and provide required financial documents.
Must-Have Skills
- 23 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Preferably experience in the IT industry.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally/Zoho Books or other accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage work independently.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with payroll-related accounting.
- Knowledge of IT company accounting processes.
- Experience with statutory compliance and audit support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Education
- CA Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
