Shreyash Automotives is looking for experienced and responsible professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1️⃣ CASHIER
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Dealership / Retail
Budget: Up to 25K
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Handle daily cash, cheque, UPI, card and other payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all cash and non-cash transactions.
- Prepare daily cash collection and deposit reports.
- Ensure timely bank deposits and proper reconciliation of cash.
- Verify customer payments against invoices and receipts.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all expenses.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments regarding collections and outstanding payments.
- Ensure proper issuance and filing of receipts, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Monitor cash balances and immediately report any discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly closing and audit-related activities.
- Follow company policies and internal financial controls.
2️⃣ BRANCH ACCOUNTANT
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Dealership / Retail
Budget: Up to 30K
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage complete day-to-day accounting activities of the branch.
- Maintain sales, purchase, cash, bank, journal and ledger entries.
- Prepare and monitor daily/monthly financial reports.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Monitor customer outstanding and coordinate for timely collections.
- Perform regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, payment documents, expense bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with HO/management for accounting and financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, service, spare parts and other branch transactions, as applicable.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS preparation and internal/statutory audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls and company procedures.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them on a timely basis.
🎯 Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Automobile Dealership / Automobile Industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
