Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Panel Sales Engineer role based in Sanganer. The Panel Sales Engineer will identify and engage prospective customers, present technical solutions, and prepare quotations for electrical control panels such as Solar ACDB, APFC, VFD, and HT panels. The role involves collaborating with engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and ensure that proposed solutions meet client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, delivering product demonstrations, following up on inquiries, negotiating orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Panel Sales Engineer will also provide basic technical support, address customer queries, and contribute to sales reporting and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand panel specifications, interpret client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to manage leads, close deals, maintain relationships, and handle post-sales support professionally.
- Strong Communication skills for clear technical explanations, proposal writing, and effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Relevant technical background, such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and basic knowledge of industrial and solar power systems.
- Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an on-site, customer-facing environment.
- Prior experience in panel sales or electrical equipment sales is an advantage.
