Job Description
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media & Performance Marketing.
* Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Spotify Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing.
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
* Manage media buying, campaign budgeting, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and ad reporting tools.
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign success.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform innovations.
* Ecommerce and retail marketing experience is an added advantage.
* Hands on experience with Martech tools like WebEngage, Netcore, MoEngage etc is an added advantage.
