Role Description The Owner role at 360DigiTMG in Kurnool is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the institute’s operations and strategic direction. The Owner will manage daily center activities, including academic delivery, staff supervision, resource allocation, and learner experience. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, corporate clients, and academic collaborators to expand program offerings and placement opportunities. The Owner will monitor financial performance, set growth targets, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards. The position also involves guiding marketing initiatives, representing the institute at events, and driving continuous improvement in training programs related to emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience in educational management, training institute operations, or running a similar on-site center.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background or strong familiarity with emerging technologies such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related domains.
- Proficiency in business planning, budgeting, and basic financial management.
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies, marketing plans, and partnership initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in corporate training, academic administration, or edtech is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Kurnool and collaborating with teams across multiple locations.
