We’re Hiring: In-House Videographer & Social Media Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Videographer & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dealership and take ownership of our digital presence. If you’re creative, hands-on, and understand how video and social media drive real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview
This is a core, on-ground role where you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality video content and managing our social media platforms to build brand visibility, engagement, and leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos (reels, shorts, promos, walkthroughs, testimonials, events)
- Create content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, captions, and engagement
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to align content with business goals
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and formats
- Hands-on with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Comfortable shooting on DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and smartphones
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, analytics, and content strategy
- Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented
