Role Description The Outreach Associate is a full-time/part-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for engaging with local communities, partners, and customers to build awareness of PI CREATIONS’ offerings and initiatives. Daily tasks include planning and executing outreach campaigns, delivering presentations, representing the organization at events, and responding to inquiries from stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, gathering feedback from community interactions, and reporting on outreach activities and outcomes. The Outreach Associate is expected to maintain professional, inclusive communication and contribute to a positive brand presence in the region.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and community outreach abilities.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills and presentation skills.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach activities.
- Relevant experience in outreach, public relations, sales, or community engagement is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience is considered.
- Comfort with on-site field work in Jaipur and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and maintain a professional, inclusive attitude.
