We are hiring! Prachar Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Outdoor Media Planner to join our team in Vile Parle (East), Mumbai.
Role: Outdoor Media Planner
Experience: 3–5 Years
Department: Outdoor - Media Planning & Buying
We are seeking a professional to manage Pan-India OOH media planning, buying, vendor coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute OOH campaigns (billboards, hoardings, transit, kiosks, gantries, etc.).
• Coordinate with Pan-India and local vendors.
• Negotiate rates and manage bookings.
• Handle POs, billing, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Monitor campaign execution and collect proof-of-display.
• Prepare media plans, cost estimates, and campaign reports.
Key Skills:
• Strong OOH media planning and buying knowledge.
• Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation.
• Experience in Pan-India market coordination.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up capabilities.
