🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OTM Agent configuration, Workbench customization, XSL/Stylesheet development, integrations, solution design, and workflow configuration.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot complex issues, design solutions, and provide quick resolutions.

✔ Experience setting up and troubleshooting OTM integrations
✔ Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide quick resolutions
✔ Experience designing OTM solutions and workflows
✔ Ability to work independently with business and technical teams
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
✔ Configure and maintain OTM Agents
✔ Customize and configure OTM Workbenches
✔ Develop and modify XSL Stylesheets
✔ Set up and troubleshoot OTM integrations
✔ Analyze and resolve application/interface issues
✔ Design technical solutions based on business requirements
✔ Design and configure workflows
✔ Support enhancements and production issues
✔ Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders
⚠️ Important Note
✔ 7+ years of OTM experience is mandatory.
✔ Strong hands-on OTM Agent configuration experience is required.
✔ Workbench customization and XSL/Stylesheet development are mandatory.
✔ Candidates must have real OTM integration setup and troubleshooting experience.
✔ Strong solution-design and problem-solving capabilities are required.
✔ Candidates with only functional OTM support experience without the above technical skills may not be suitable.
