Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for an OTC Accounts Receivables Analyst with a compensation of approximately 5.5 LPA. The role involves managing the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, including timely invoicing, tracking outstanding receivables, and reconciling customer accounts. The analyst will monitor payment status, follow up with customers and internal teams on overdue accounts, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing AR reports, supporting month-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with finance policies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders to support cash-flow optimization and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong billing process and invoicing skills, with experience in managing end-to-end OTC or AR operations.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and a good understanding of finance concepts related to accounts receivable.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/finance systems, along with accurate data entry and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience of 3+ years in AR/OTC is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysore, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of banking processes, collections practices, and compliance standards is an added advantage.
