For this role, you will be based at the company's Dahisar East, Mumbai warehouse, working closely with the Operations Manager and warehouse team. Candidates living in or around Dahisar East are strongly preferred.
🚀 Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Order Processing Executive who will be responsible for managing daily order processing and fulfilment operations at the warehouse.
You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched on time, inventory and order data remains accurate, and daily operational performance is clearly tracked through MIS reporting.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable working with operational data, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and capable of independently managing day-to-day warehouse coordination.
🚀 What You'll Own
📦 Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Oversee the daily processing of customer orders.
- Track order movement from processing through dispatch.
- Monitor pending and unfulfilled orders and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks affecting order processing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
🚚 Dispatch & Courier Coordination
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities with the warehouse team.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups and manifests.
- Ensure dispatched orders are accurately updated in the system.
- Track dispatch-related issues and follow up for timely resolution.
📊 Daily MIS & Operational Reporting
- Independently prepare daily MIS reports for warehouse operations.
- Track and report:
- Orders pending / unfulfilled
- Orders processed
- Orders dispatched
- Daily backlog movement
- Maintain accurate operational records and share relevant updates with the Operations Manager.
- Highlight delays, gaps, and operational issues requiring attention.
💻 WMS & Order Data Management
- Operate and maintain data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Keep order statuses and inventory updates accurate.
- Monitor system data against actual operational movement.
- Ensure timely updates to order and inventory records.
📦 Inventory & SKU Tracking
- Track SKU-wise inventory levels.
- Monitor fast-moving and lead SKUs closely.
- Identify potential stock shortages before they result in stock-outs.
- Support periodic physical stock reconciliation.
- Assist with cycle counts and ensure discrepancies are highlighted.
🔄 RTO & NDR Management
- Monitor pending RTO and NDR cases.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and logistics partners for resolution.
- Track movement of RTO/NDR cases and help reduce pending volumes.
- Escalate recurring issues affecting fulfilment performance.

💼 Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a reporting or supervisory capacity.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience working with order and inventory data.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C fulfilment will be an advantage.

- Work Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai
- Work Mode: On-site
- This is a hands-on warehouse role requiring regular presence on the warehouse floor.
- Candidates residing in or around Dahisar East are strongly preferred.
