Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM – OTL Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor. The candidate should have strong knowledge of time entry, time processing, time calculation rules, workforce time management, and integration with Oracle HCM modules such as Absence Management and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor based on business needs.
- Configure time entry layouts, time categories, time attributes, and time card templates.
- Set up time calculation rules, rule templates, time processing profiles, and time entry validations.
- Configure approval workflows, time card submission, approval, and processing.
- Manage time and labor policies, including overtime, shift allowances, and exception handling.
- Integrate OTL with Oracle Payroll, Absence Management, and other relevant HCM modules.
- Support time transfer processes from OTL to Payroll.
- Conduct functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot time card, calculation, approval, and payroll transfer issues.
- Support implementation, enhancements, production support, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time and Labor (OTL).
- Strong knowledge of time cards, time entry layouts, time calculation rules, and time processing profiles.
- Experience with time card approvals, validations, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of OTL integration with Oracle Payroll and Absence Management.
- Experience in functional configuration, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and testing.
- Understanding of time transfer and payroll processing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL and OTBI reporting.
- Knowledge of workforce scheduling, shift management, and overtime rules.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud production support and quarterly updates.
Candidate Profile
- Strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion HCM OTL.
- Ability to work with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
