Oracle HCM Consultant
Experience: 3–6 Years
Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Handle Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence and Benefits.
- Gather requirements and interact with clients/business users.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Perform UAT, testing, implementation and go-live support.
- Resolve production issues and provide functional support.
