🚀 We're Hiring: Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant
Location: Client Location (Onsite/Hybrid)
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant with over 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects Financial Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will also have exposure to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain. In this role, the consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully deliver end-to-end implementations and enhancements within Oracle Fusion PPM.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules:
- Project Financial Management
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Contracts
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
✅ Perform end-to-end functional configuration and setup of Oracle Cloud PPM.
✅ Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), business process flows, configuration documents,
and test scenarios.
✅ Configure Project Costing, expenditure types, burden schedules, cost allocation, billing
extensions, and revenue recognition.
✅ Support CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, data migration, reconciliation, integrations, and cutover
activities.
✅ Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Oracle Cloud teams for end-to-end business
process integration.
✅ Work on Oracle Financials integrations (AP, AR, GL & Fixed Assets).
✅ Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams across the MEA region.
Required Skills
✔ 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
✔ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
✔ Experience in at least 2–3 Oracle Fusion PPM implementation projects.
✔ Knowledge of Project Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting, Billing, Revenue Generation, and Project Lifecycle.
✔ Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View is preferred.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
Qualifications
🎓 BE / MBA / CA (Inter/Final)
🏅 Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
