8+ years of overall experience, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and Absence Management.
Minimum 2 full-cycle functional implementations.
Well versed with US legislation and statutory rules as applicable to Time & Labor and Absence (e.g., FLSA, overtime, FMLA, state and federal leave regulations).
Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently lead functional workstreams
