Hiring: Oracle Fusion OIC Lead

Experience: 13+ years
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OIC Lead to design, develop, and lead integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture, design, development, and implementation.
- Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM and third-party applications.
- Design integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, FBDI, SOAP Web Services, and scheduled processes.
- Lead technical discussions with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide performance optimization.
- Establish integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud integration experience
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT
- Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM integration experience
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise systems
- Experience leading technical teams/projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred: Oracle certifications and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
