Lead Workday Finance Functional Consultant (Certificate)
🚨 Hiring: Lead Workday Finance Functional Consultant - Remote role - Immediate joiners only
We are looking for an experienced Lead Workday Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Financials implementations and functional consulting.
💼 Experience: 7–10 years | 5+ years relevant experience
🏢 Work Mode: Remote
⭐ Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials, P2P and FDM
• Experience leading end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
• Good knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting
• Experience with Fixed Assets, Banking & Settlement and Inventory
• Experience with global / multi-country Workday deployments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Experience with Workday Financial iLoads / data conversion
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead design sessions
• Experience with risk management, testing and implementation methodology
• Exposure to pre-sales, scope, effort estimation and resource planning
⭐ Mandatory Certifications
• Workday Certified Financial Core
• Workday Financial Services Practical & Essentials or Workday P2P
• Workday Financial Reporting
Experience with Workday Financial iLoads, global implementations and pre-sales will be an added advantage.
