Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations at a specialist Oracle ERP partner.
ACSE Solutions delivers Oracle ERP Cloud and On-Premises implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects and HR. We help clients stay ahead in the ERP curve by turning their business processes into practical, scalable Oracle solutions that people actually adopt.
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant (Lead) to join our Pune team on a hybrid basis.
What you will do
- Lead functional implementation and rollout projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Run requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and process workshops
- Configure and validate Fusion Financials modules aligned with Oracle best practices
- Own project documentation across phases (BRD, functional design, configuration workbook, test scripts, training and KT)
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, extensions and data migration
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing and production validation, including defect triage and root-cause analysis
- Support month-end and year-end close and assess Oracle quarterly updates
- Train users and mentor junior consultants; advise business and project leadership as the functional SME
What you bring
- 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 4+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations
- Strong hands-on experience in several of: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax
- Solid knowledge of P2P, O2C and Record-to-Report processes
- Experience with FBDI, data conversion and functional integration design
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, IT or equivalent (MBA, CA, CMA or CPA is a plus)
Good to have
Subledger Accounting, Intercompany, Advanced Collections, Budgetary Control, OTBI / Smart View, OIC integrations (functional), India localization (GST, TDS, e-invoicing), Oracle Fusion certification
