Job Title: Oracle Cloud Program Manager with E2E Delivery Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Migration initiatives. This is a Program Manager role focused on delivery execution, governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination rather than Scrum TPM leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Oracle programs and cloud migration initiatives.
Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud migration delivery and execution.
Drive Oracle ERP and EPM implementation activities.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to manage milestones and deliverables.
Develop and maintain integrated project and testing schedules.
Create executive dashboards and program summaries; present updates to VP-level leadership.
Develop program plans, governance, tools, and frameworks.
Maintain project roadmaps, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and testing syncs.
Use Jira for project tracking and reporting.
Provide bi-weekly and monthly executive status reports.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing large Oracle transformation programs.
Hands-on Oracle Cloud migration experience (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM.
Experience with Oracle Cloud and GCP environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong planning, governance, risk management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle certifications are highly preferred.
