We're Hiring: Operations Manager — Marketing (Remote, Noida-based)
Please note: We will not consider applicants with no marketing experience.
Media Magnetix is looking for a highly responsible Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations — essentially stepping into the role of "the person who makes sure everything actually gets done."
This is NOT a purely creative or execution-heavy role. This is for someone who thrives on structure and accountability, someone who can manage a team without needing to be managed themselves.
What you'll own:
- Team oversight — follow up with team members (designers, marketers) to ensure tasks are actually completed, not just promised
- Quality checks — double-check that creatives, posts, and deliverables match what was planned before anything goes to a client
- Social media calendar management — ensure posts are going out on schedule, across all client accounts, with nothing missed
- Client communication — be the reliable point of contact for client updates and expectations
- Process & accountability — build a habit of checking in, chasing progress, and catching issues early — before they become client complaints
What we're looking for:
- Extremely responsible with assigned tasks
- Strong organisational skills — you naturally keep tabs on people and tasks without letting things slide
- Working knowledge of digital marketing (social media calendars, Google Ads, Meta Ads) — you don't need to be an expert executor, but you should understand the work well enough to manage it
- Confidence having direct, sometimes tough conversations with team members about deadlines and quality
- High ownership — you follow through without needing to be chased yourself
- Prior experience in marketing agency operations, project management, or team coordination preferred
