RiskPe is revolutionizing insurance in India. We are a fast-growing insurance advisory startup based in Jaipur, working across Health, Motor, Life, and SME/Commercial insurance. We help individuals and businesses make smarter insurance decisions and we are building a team that believes the same.
This is a non-technical role.
We are not looking for someone from IT or software. This is a pure insurance operations and client management role. If you have worked at an insurance broker, agency, or similar setup and know the day-to-day of how insurance actually works — this is for you.
What You Will Do
You will be the person who keeps the operations running. From the moment a client comes in to the moment their policy is active and beyond... You own that journey. Your day-to-day will include managing client onboarding and documentation, handling policy endorsements and renewals, coordinating with insurers and clients on claims, managing follow-ups and TATs, and leading and guiding the operations team below you.
You will also be the go-to person on calls, speaking with clients, insurers, and partners clearly and confidently.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the insurance industry. Experience from a broker or agency setup is strongly preferred.
You should have a working understanding of Motor, Health, Life, and SME/Commercial lines insurance products.
You should be comfortable managing claims and endorsements end to end.
You should be good on calls — clear, professional, and able to handle conversations with clients and insurers without hand-holding.
You should be comfortable using MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, and basic AI tools as part of your daily work. We are a tech-forward team and we use tools to move faster.
You should be someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and does not wait to be told what to do.
