Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Surakhya Elderlycare Home.
- Monitor resident care, safety, feeding and medicines.
- Supervise caregivers, nurses, housekeeping and kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper food service.
- Manage staff attendance, duty roster and discipline.
- Monitor inventory, groceries and medical supplies.
- Handle resident/family complaints and emergencies.
- Maintain daily records, registers and reports.
- Coordinate maintenance and hospital/doctor visits.
- Submit daily operational updates to management.
