🚀 We’re Hiring | Operations Manager – BBM Solutions
BBM Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team and help build scalable, high-performance business operations.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing teams, improving processes, driving productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our business services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead operational teams
* Monitor daily performance, productivity & KPIs
* Develop and improve SOPs and business processes
* Manage BPO/customer-support operations and client requirements
* Coordinate with sales, HR, technology and management teams
* Implement AI, automation and CRM-based workflows
* Ensure data accuracy, security and operational compliance
* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
* Prepare MIS, performance reports and management dashboards
* Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Operations / BPO / Customer Service / Business Process Management
* Strong leadership and team-management skills
* Good understanding of KPIs, MIS and process optimization
* Ability to work with CRM, Excel and digital tools
* Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
* Exposure to AI, automation, data management or cybersecurity is a plus
* Strong communication and organizational skills
