Role Description The Operations & Management Trainee role at Saruh is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The trainee will support day-to-day restaurant intelligence operations, including monitoring data dashboards, tracking key performance metrics, and assisting in process optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to implement operational improvements, supporting project execution, and preparing reports and presentations based on data insights. The role also involves assisting with basic sales and client support activities, documenting workflows, and contributing to smooth cross-functional collaboration. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to operations management, data-driven decision-making, and platform-based restaurant intelligence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present findings, and interact with clients or stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship abilities to support business growth activities and understand client needs.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to assist in process improvement, task coordination, and implementation of initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with data tools or spreadsheets, a willingness to learn AI-based platforms, and a proactive, detail-oriented work approach are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
