Roles & Responsibilities :
* Execute mutual fund transactions accurately through NSE NMF II and other relevant platforms.
* Process purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, switches, and other investor transactions.
* Handle client onboarding, KYC, CKYC, FATCA, nomination, and related documentation.
* Ensure timely execution of all transactions while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.
* Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and Relationship Managers for smooth transaction processing.
* Maintain client records, documentation, and MIS reports.
* Resolve operational queries and provide prompt support to Relationship Managers and clients.
* Follow internal SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company processes.
What We’re Looking For :
* Experience in mutual fund operations with hands-on knowledge of NSE NMF II transactions.
* Experience working on Investwell CRM is preferred.
* Good understanding of mutual fund operational processes and documentation.
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Team player with good communication skills.
