Job Description – Operations Executive-

About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive who will handle day-to-day operational work, mainly related to vendor management, invoices, quotations, comparisons, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for regular requirements.
- Collect quotations from different vendors.
- Prepare comparative statements to compare prices, quality, and terms.
- Check vendor invoices for accuracy before submitting them for approval.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor documents.
- Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries, payments, and pending documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
- Negotiate with vendors for better prices and terms when required.
- Track pending orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain an updated vendor database.
- Prepare basic reports related to purchases, vendors, and expenses.
- Handle other day-to-day operational and administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of invoices, quotations, and comparisons.
- Good follow-up and vendor management skills.
- Ability to maintain records and documents properly.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, good at follow-ups, comfortable working with vendors and invoices, and able to coordinate with different departments.
