- About the Role Blue Matrix Connect is looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive to join our international Australian process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, professional email drafting skills, and the ability to effectively manage communication with multiple stakeholders. The candidate should be a quick thinker, adaptable, and confident in handling international communication. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate effectively with international clients and ensure smooth communication. • Manage vendor coordination and maintain professional relationships with vendors. • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. • Handle customer coordination and respond to queries professionally. • Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. • Handle international communication through email, calls, and professional textual communication. • Draft clear, professional, and well-structured business emails. • Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and coordination updates. • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and handle multiple activities efficiently.
