🚨 WE’RE HIRING | OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE 🚨
FabConnect is hiring an Operations Executive for a full-time opportunity at World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in operations, supply chain, logistics coordination, inventory management, B2B partner coordination, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple operational priorities efficiently.
📍 Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore
💼 Experience: 3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
🏢 Department: Operations & Supply Chain
⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations
✔ Track shipments and ensure timely movement of goods
✔ Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, distributors, and B2B partners
✔ Monitor order processing and fulfillment activities
✔ Track inventory movement and maintain optimum stock levels
✔ Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues
✔ Support demand planning and inventory forecasting
✔ Gather and coordinate business requirements across internal teams
✔ Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and inventory reports
✔ Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements
Key Skills Required
✅ Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory Management
✅ Shipment tracking and logistics coordination
✅ B2B partner and vendor management
✅ Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dashboards
✅ MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
✅ Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
✅ Strong ownership and process-oriented mindset
Qualification
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
Candidates with prior Retail / Supply Chain / Logistics / Inventory Operations exposure will be preferred.
