Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Operational Excellence initiatives across business functions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality enhancement, and waste elimination.
- Facilitate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S, and continuous improvement workshops.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects from initiation to implementation.
- Analyse operational data, identify trends, and recommend sustainable improvement solutions.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, process metrics, and project outcomes to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Mentor and coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
