We’re Hiring | Post-Sales & Operations Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹15,000/month Fixed
PPO: ₹3–4 LPA based on performance
Type: Full-Time Internship with PPO Opportunity
We are looking for a Post-Sales & Operations Executive Intern who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to build a career in Operations, Customer Success & Post-Sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage post-sales activities and customer onboarding
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth execution
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Maintain customer records, reports, and documentation
• Track payments, orders, and operational activities
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Support day-to-day operational processes
Who Can Apply?
• Freshers can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
