Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing day-to-day travel operations and ensuring smooth execution of client itineraries. This role includes coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, and transfers, managing vendor and partner communications, and monitoring schedules to prevent disruptions. The Operation Executive will handle customer queries, update travel documentation, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and support issue resolution during travel. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to a consistently high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with experience managing multiple bookings, schedules, and operational tasks.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with office software and reservation/booking tools; ability to learn new travel and CRM systems quickly.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues early and ensure error-free documentation and itineraries.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, adapt to dynamic operational needs, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in travel operations, hospitality, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant educational background in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
