Role Description The Online Class Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at Cardinal Warriors School in Raipur. This role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining audio-visual and computer equipment used for live and recorded online classes. The technician ensures stable internet connectivity, resolves technical issues in real time, and supports teachers and students in using learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital resources. Daily activities include checking system performance before classes, managing recordings and backups, updating software, and coordinating with IT and academic staff to minimize disruptions. The role also involves basic troubleshooting, documentation of technical incidents, and continuous improvement of online teaching workflows to support a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in operating audio-visual equipment, cameras, microphones, and classroom IT hardware.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and common office software.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for connectivity, software, and device-related issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to support teachers, students, and administrative staff.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple classes and tasks during the school day.
- Prior experience in IT support, educational technology, or classroom technology management is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Raipur and adapt to school schedules, including occasional extended hours.
