We are looking for a Online campaign Manager to lead and optimize high-budget paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have agency experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to present campaign strategies and performance insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle monthly ad budgets of ₹20–30 Lakhs.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and client presentations.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Design teams to drive campaign success.
Requirements-
- 2-4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and client communication skills.
- Agency experience is preferred.
